Pricing questions
Is there a limit on bookings?
No. Every plan has unlimited bookings, including walk-ins you record at the front desk, across all your venues.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are shown in your regional currency, and you pay in that currency. The price is fixed for your plan, not tied to the daily exchange rate.
What happens when the 3 months end?
You move to the monthly plan, or annual billing if you prefer, which we confirm with you in writing before the trial ends. If you decide not to continue, your site goes offline after a short grace period, and bookings already confirmed still play out.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. The price you see is the total you pay, with VAT included.
How do I pay?
Plans are invoiced and paid by bank transfer. We never take fees out of your customers' payments.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees and no lock-in. You accept a plain-language owner agreement when you first sign in.
